2015 RBC Heritage Odds, Predictions & Free Picks: Jordan Spieth the 11/2 Favorite to Win: The early betting odds to win the 2015 RBC Heritage on the PGA Tour this week have been posted by Bovada Sportsbook and Jordan Spieth is posted as the 11/2 favorite to win. The RBC Heritage takes place this Thursday, April 16th thru Sunday, April 19th at the Harbour Town Golf Links course in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Let’s take a look at the favorites and a couple sleepers that could be strong bets to win this week at the 2015 RBC Heritage tournament.
2015 RBC Heritage Odds & Predictions – The Favorites
Jordan Spieth enters this week’s RBC Heritage as the second ranked player in the world rankings and riding high on the hog after winning the Masters this past weekend in Augusta. The 21 year-old native of Dallas, Texas won his first “green jacket” and was a winner on the PGA Tour for the 2nd time this season as he also won the 2015 Valspar Championship on March 15th. The 6-1, 180 pound pro won the 1st place prize amount of $1.8 million by winning the Masters as he shot a total four round score of 270 to finish -18 under par. Spieth has never won the RBC Heritage but at 11/2 odds he is the favorite this week and it’s hard to bet against him as he has been on fire during the 2015 PGA Tour season.
The PGA Tour pro with the second best odds to win the 2015 RBC Heritage is Zach Johnson at 14/1. The 39 year-old native of Iowa City, Iowa has 11 PGA Tour wins under his belt with his last PGA Tour win coming on January 6, 2014 at the Hyundai Tournament of Champions. The 5-11, 160 pound PGA pro has also never won at the RBC Heritage but is playing well after finishing tied for 9th place at last week’s Masters after shooting a four day score of 280 to end up -8 under par. Johnson played particularly well over the last two rounds as he shot a 68 on both Saturday and Sunday at the Masters to make a climb into the Top 10 final rankings.
2015 RBC Heritage Odds & Predictions – Sleepers
A couple of top PGA Tour players we consider to be strong sleepers to possibly win at the 2015 RBC Heritage this week include Matt Kuchar at 20/1 odds and Graeme McDowell at 40/1 odds. Kuchar won the 2014 RBC Heritage and McDowell won in 2013 so both players know their way around the Harbour Town Golf Links course and know how to finish the job and capture the 1st place prize money. Both guys are also coming off of disappointing Masters finishes as Kuchar finished +2 over par and McDowell finished +6 over par. They will be very motivated to redeem themselves this week at the RBC Heritage.
