2015 U.S. Open Odds, Free Picks & Predictions – Favorites & Sleepers to Win 115th U.S. Open

2015 U.S. Open Odds, Free Picks & Predictions – Favorites & Sleepers to Win 115th U.S. Open: The opening PGA betting odds to win the 115th U.S. Open this week starting on Thursday, June 18th at at Chambers Bay in University Place, Washington have been posted by Bovada Sportsbook and Northern Ireland’s Rory McIlroy is the 7/1 favorite. The 115th U.S. Open will be played on a par 70 course over 7,585 yards and will have a field of 156 professionals. This year’s U.S. Open will be the first time that the event has been played in the state of Washington.

2015 U.S. Open Odds & Predictions – The Favorites

Rory McIlroy is the 7/1 favorite to win this week at Chambers Bay and we see no reason to argue with that. The 26 year-old native of Hollywood, Northern Ireland is a four-time major tournament champion on the tour and is currently ranked as the #1 player in the official world golf rankings. The 5-9, 161 pound pro has 11 career PGA Tor wins under his belt so far in his career including a win at the U.S. Open in 2011 to win his first ever major on the tour. McIlroy has already posted two wins on the PGA Tour this year so far as he won the WGC-Cadillac Match Play Championship on May 3rd and the Wells Fargo Championship on May 17th. At 7/1 odds, McIlroy doesn’t carry much value but he’ll still bring back $700 for every $100 wagered on him if he comes thru and wins his 5th major this week at Chambers Bay.

The pga pro with the next best odds to win the 2015 U.S. Open this week at Chambers Bay is Jordan Spieth at 8/1 odds. The 21 year-old native of Dallas, Texas has 3 career PGA Tour wins since turning professional in 2012 including two wins on the tour so far in 2015. Spieth won the Valspar Championship on March 15th and then won his first ever major at the 2015 Masters Tournament on April 12th. Spieth is currently the #2 ranked player in the official world golf rankings and at 8/1 odds he’ll bring in $800 for every $100 wagered on him this week if he can deliver his 2nd career major tournament win at the 2015 U.S. Open.

2015 U.S. Open Odds & Predictions – The Sleepers

A couple of top PGA pros that we feel are solid bets to possibly win the 2015 U.S. Open with some outstanding paying odds are England’s Justin Rose at 18/1 odds and Germany’s Martin Kaymer at 40/1 odds. Kaymer won the 2014 U.S. Open by shooting a four round score of 271 to finish -9 under par while Rose won in 2013 when he shot a 281 total score to finish +1 over par. Both players will be playing with plenty of confidence this week and know what it takes to win the U.S. Open and shouldn’t buckle to the pressure should they be in the hunt on Sunday.
